My mother, Elsie Novak, 80, passed away 5/19/2007. She was born 9/17/1926 in McClelland, Iowa to Earl and Edith (Sanders) Birchard. Elsie was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Jansen. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Novak, of Omaha, NE; 3 children, Jerry Jansen of Oklahoma City, OK; Janice George of Fredericksburg, VA; and Carol Arth of Inver Grove Heights, MN; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23rd, at 3:00 pm.
