Carolyn Williams, Executive Pastor

Carolyn Williams joined the church staff in June 1996. Carolyn and her husband Louie have two children, Dustin and Chelsea. Dustin resides in Chicago as he works on his PHD in professional psychology and Chelsea is a senior at Community Christian School.

Carolyn has oversight of staff, church business, assimilating people into the church and the many areas of volunteer ministry at the Rock. She works with all pastors, the church board, department heads and ministry volunteers concerning budgets, finances and the many ministries and business needs of the church.

Her portfolio begins as people walk through the doors of the church to help them connect to the church, get plugged in to new friends fellowship, connect classes, spiritual gift assessments, membership classes and finding ones place in ministry. The Rock desires that people come into the body and find a place where they come to know Christ in his fullness, equip them to pursue good works, then plug them in to ministry and purpose at the Rock. Finally we will help send them out to serve others.
